Cute as Hell is a fun community and shopping site made exclusively for pet people!

Once you create an account, you can post comments on other pet profiles. If you have a pet, you can create a pet profile where you can post a bio and photos, make friends with other pets, rate and review products, and go head to head in the Battlezone and Thunderdome.

All we ask is that you play nice and stay cute! :)

Here are some community guidelines to get you started:

Be respectful.
Please remember to be kind and respectful to other Cute as Hell members. Not everyone will get your sense of humor but that's ok. Use your best judgment when posting comments and remember to keep it lighthearted. If you receive an unwelcome comment, delete it.
Own your photos.
Only upload photos that belong to you. Do not steal or copy photos.
Build a pet profile.
Your pet profile is where you put your best paw/talon/foot/gill/hoof forward. Write a nice bio, upload at least 3 photos, add some friends, rate and review some products - this will help the community get to know you and will help improve your Cuteness Rating.
Write quality comments.
Having a high Cuteness Rating is nice but begging for points or spamming everyone with the same comment isn't. Instead, take a close look at a pet's profile and base your comments off that. You'll find thoughtful comments are well received and with a little effort, your Cuteness Rating will increase.
Leave a good impression.
A rich pet profile, nice photos, and quality comments will make it easy for the Cute as Hell community to up your Cuteness Rating. And, if you leave a good impression, people will remember that when they're deciding who to vote for in the Thunderdome.
Keep the lines of communication open.
We'll send you periodic email updates but we encourage you to Contact Us to recommend site features, suggest new products, and report issues.

This goes without saying but please: don't upload photos that don't belong to you, don't write hateful, mean-spirited, or spam-y comments, don't be mean, and don't use Cute as Hell to promote your products and services. Offensive, mean-spirited, threatening, or inflammatory comments will be removed.

OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY

The Thunderdome is a head-to-head competition where the most popular pets battle to win prizes. This competition is open to U.S. residents only in the continental 48 states. You must be 18 years of age to qualify for prizes.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. To enter, create a Cute as Hell account and create a pet profile for your pet. Profiles can be created at any time but to be eligible for the Thunderdome, your profile must be created by at least 1 week before the start of the first Thunderdome round. All votes must be submitted by the closing date of the applicable Thunderdome round. Cute as Hell is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed profiles or votes. Only online votes will be accepted. To give more pets the chance to compete in the Thunderdome competition, pets may only participate in the Thunderdome once per calendar year.

HOW TO ENTER

Create a Cute as Hell account and create a pet profile for your pet. Vote for your pet to increase their Cuteness Rating. Tell friends and family to vote for your pet's Cuteness Rating. The more people who vote for your pet, the more chances your pet will have to participate in the Thunderdome.

WINNER SELECTION

The number of votes will determine the winner in each of the 5 Thunderdome rounds.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via email and may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release From Liability and Publicity. Winners may be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of the prizes.

COMPETITION RULES

The competition is open to residents located in the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years of age. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Cute as Hell and contest sponsors are excluded from this contest.
Your main photo image cannot be altered by a program like Photoshop.
Your main photo image cannot contain multiple pets.
No fake pets allowed. We reserve the right to remove any pets from the competition for any reason whatsoever.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Decisions of the contest judges are final. Winners will be selected based on the number of votes given by the Cute as Hell community. Within each round, votes can be cast once every 24 hours. Rounds will last 7 days.
By claiming the prize(s), the winner accepts and authorizes the use of their profile information (including name, location, photos, and videos) without additional compensation in various online and offline promotional and marketing material at Cute as Hell's sole discretion.
In accepting the prize(s), the winner acknowledges that Cute as Hell is not liable for any loss, damages, or injury associated with accepting or using the prize(s).
Cute as Hell retains the rights to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
Cute as Hell reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
In case of a tie, the Cute as Hell judges will select a winner. Judges decisions are final.
