I am Dugan. First of all, I am deaf. My mom talks to me with her fingers. I sometimes listen, most times, don't. I like to get into a lot of trouble because everything is fun to me. My mom puts a bell around my neck so she can hear where I am in the house because I can't answer her calls to me. I like to push things off of high places to watch them fall. I sleep a lot, even more than an average cat because nothing wakes me up. I get obsessed with the laser pointer, and love to play at all times. I meow very loud too, but my mom thinks it's cute. She calls me Beluga too, because she thinks I remind her of a beluga whale. She thinks I am very beautiful.
