Hi, my name is Gigi. My mommy found me wandering in the middle of I-35 N in Texas between Austin and Dallas on September 10, 2009. Someone had tossed me out. I was confused and holding a little toy in my mouth. I was trying to keep my toy safe. I didn't let it go until my new mommy drove a few miles with me in her lap. I have more toys now. Better ones. That one was about 8 years old. The tag on it said it was made in '01. There were no houses or businesses around where mommy found me...just straight, flat nothing.
Mommy pulled her car over and ran back to get me out of the road just in time! A bunch of cars were coming, and I didn't know where to go. She brought me home and took me to the vet. I had to have 3 teeth pulled because my teeth were so bad. Dr. Jez said that I probably had never had them cleaned. I was very skinny too. Now, my remaining teeth are clean and shiny and I get lots to eat and lots of toys to play with.
My roommates are Nelson, Izzy, and Belle Watling. They are very nice to me. They are all rescues too, so they know how I feel. I love it here, and I don't think about the other place anymore. :)

Awwww...thanks Gigi....and tell your mom thanks for the wonderful complement too! Izzy is your sister...that is so cool...Sammy Manie is my brother...and we think Izzy is super duper sweet!!!I Izzy has such a sweet smile, and I'm sure she will beat my brother...but don't tell him I said that...hehehe.
